What it is

Each year, the consolidated exhibition area responsible for launching interior design trends introduces innovative and sophisticated concepts in hotel architecture and decoration, covering an area of 1,000 square meters. In a regular-sized interactive hotel, during the four days of the event, each environment presents functional projects tailor-made for the Brazilian hotel industry.

For the 17th edition of the event to be held in 2008, Equip Design will introduce the concept of Hotel Verde (Green Hotel), whose main objective is to focus on sustainability. Thus, projects presented by architects and interior designers will be based on three aspects of sustainability (Triple Bottom Line): environmental, economic and social issues, coexisting in balance. There will be 11 environments, including one lobby, one coffee shop, one restaurant and eight theme apartments, in addition to an exclusive area for sponsors.
